BODS 4.2 SP7 installation Error-Enable UA(zero)

Hi all,
While installing SAP BODS 4.2 SP7 & IPS 4.2 , we found an error " A FATAL ERROR WHICH HAS CAUSED INSTALLER TO QUIT. PLEASE GATHER ANY %TEMP AND INSTALLER LOGS TO PRESENT TO YOUR SUPPORT”.
For this issue the given solution is “we need to disable the Disable UAC ( User Access Control ) is to modifying registry on the machine”.

Steps to follow:::

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System. In the details pane (Right Pane), locate the EnableUA key (REG_DWORD type). Double click to Modify. In the Value data box, type 0 (zero), and then click OK.

MY QUESTION:::::

My Administrator Server (Windows server 2012 R2) is already installed with SAP BI BO 4.2,SAS and other software if we Enable the UAC it will impact the other installed one.

I installed DS 14.2 sp 7 patch 1 on Win 2012 server a couple weeks ago. I did not have to alter the UAC. It may have already been set but I doubt it since it pops up when I run Server Manager.

I highly recommend against installing DS on the same Windows O/S where BOE is installed. That’s a very common recommendation.
