BODS 4.0 postinstallation on windows 7

Hi all,
I have installed successfully BODS 4.0 on windows 7 OS(32-bit).when i start Designer i am getting dialog boxes stating that ACTASPLIT.OCX,BODATAVIEW.OCX,BODIFFCTRL.OCX,DQOPTIONEDITOR.OCX files are missing or you do not have the required privileges to register. But i can see all those files in my BODS bin folder.IF i give OK to all those dialog box i can able to open the designer but it is very slow(running jobs is very slow).
What shall i do for those dialog box orelse do i need to reinstall BODS?

these dialog bog invite you to register ocx files unsing the regsvr command. Did you achieve it ?

on the box where you face the error message, select windows / run and execute on the prompt the command given on the error message for the ocx files given

Much easier way, is to run Dataservices as administrator for ONCE. This will register all these OCX files…

Right click on Data Services shortcut, and select Run As Administrator option. Click OK, ensure all goes okay, and you get the login box. Close it, and open as normal.

This is a Windows 7 issue UAC with SAP BODS upto v4.0. I beleived that this issue addressed on the next version 4.1…
