BOB vs Bo Technical support

I am feeling like BOB may be affecting revenue that BO gets from support agreement as GOD fathers of Bo is here to help the people.

Hi,

I have worked as BO support engineer for Architecture issue.
I have never seen such knowledge of BO before.

One BIG advantage with BOB regarding Official OCS, they are not always migrating it giving less functionnalities and more bug and making great marketing speeches saying “it will be better now” and “we do that to improve your satisfaction bla bla” while they are doing exactly the opposite.

as a summary : BOB : you can find worth but it is more expensive :wink:
