BO4-WebI report scheduling issue connected to Job Server

Hi Team,

I am trying to schedule a WebI report available on BO 4 >>Infoview BI Launchpad >> My Favorites or Application folder. My BO server is installed on Linux.

Report is very simple, 1 query, 1 small table of data, no charts, no html or hyper links, no complex formating or any other complexity etc.

Basic report schedule also always failing with a generic error message:
Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.

I even tried with - no attachment, no emailing, unlimited instance size, etc etc … server re-start also.

I tried playing with all levels of access, even with Full/Advanced access to User & Administrator ID’s.

Any help in fixing this issue would highly be apprecited.

Can you try scheduling another WebI report ? Is that successful …?
