Any experience of SAP BI 4.1 (Non-Cloud) to SAP BI 4.2 (Cloud AWS) Install and Migration. Can you please share steps or any documents?

You start looking at the document attached, this is an SAP BusinessObjects migration document. Looks like i cannot send attachments.
Google this document - sap-businessobjects on AWS. go to Page 7, it has a detailed architectural diagram on initial VPC set-up, EC2’s, EFS, Datazones etc.

You can reach out to SAP support for any additional documents, this would be a starting point i would say.
