BO3.1 Importing Users/Groups and Personal Folders

Hi
We are using BOIX3.1 version on both source and destination servers.
I am trying to import (using import wizard) Personal Folders and reports in those folders from one server to another.
But import wizard does not detect any groups and users at all, we are using WinAd Authentication which is configured on both the servers.
Please advise!

Are you running the Import Wizard using the Administrator accounts or AD accounts?

I tried both ways…using Administrator Accout and WinAD Account with Admin privilages.

Basically I don’t get to see any Users or Groups :crazy_face:
