Hi all!
How can I control which users have entered into infoview and what did they do?
I checked through the audit universe, but I found only access through the client.
I used query builder, but the result does not indicate if the user has access and refresh the report.
Query builder I only indicates whether the user has made a change to the report.
My need is to see when a user enters in infoview, which report displays and is running refresh.
I have not found an answer to my needs
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

You would use the audit universe for this. Be sure that you have enabled auditing for each application and server process that you want to collect information from. This is done in the CMC. Once that is done you should see the information in the audit database.

All applications have active auditing
All server have active auditing
Only infoview does not have this item
Have you in CMC for Infoview the ability to activate the auditing?
