BO XI r3 report burstin/ publication problem

Hi, Am facing one issue in report bursting in BO XI R3.

I have one report which has to run for 10 different users. I created one profile and added 10 different users with the profiles value equal to station names. Then I created one publication, linked the report to it and linked the profile too. When I schdule the publication, I am getting 10 different reports for 10 different stations, as needed.

But, Am not able to put these output files (PDF, text) to a shared folder/ location. ( BO access to that folder can not be a reason, as am able to schedule normal report not publication to this folder). What can be the reason, its giving me DiskUnmanaged error

Once I am able to resolve this I would end up in one more problem. I am required to send these 10 output files( PDF or text) to 10 different folders under one main folder. But while scheduling the publication ( for 10 profile values) I can give only one location as the destination. If this is not achievable, I need to atleast rename the 10 files so that I can keep all of them in a single folder. But I do not see options for renaming too.

If anyone has faced similar issues, please reply.

Hi, i think i having the same requirement as yours.
For my report, i need to split the report to different report name according to customer ID, and ftp to a location.
Example, a report has 10 cust ID, so 10 report with different cust ID (eg. C01_report_10122009.xls, C02_report_10122009.xls and so on) should ftp to a location.

I cannot find a good solution to do a report busting for it. I need to have 10 profile and 10 publisher for this case, by harcode the publication name as C01…until C10. Maybe anyone here can advise me on this?

I think report bursting in BO is best for publishing to user inbox, correct me if im wrong.
