BO xi 3.1 Date Format error in Prompt

Hi Team,

There are 2 separate BO xi 3.1 system installed. We are using same set of universe and reports. However, the report default prompt is showing with different date format in the 2 system. Please advise which configurations will have impact on the date format?

ENV1 - DD/MM/YYYY HH:MI:SS ****** exeucte without error
ENV2 - MM/DD/YYYY HH:MI:SS AM ****** execute with error

We cannot find any differences in the following date format configurations.

Windows BO application server

  1. Registry entries
  2. Regional and Language settings
  3. NLS environment variables

%Business Objects%\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\oracle
4. oracle.sbo/oracle.prm

Linux - Websphere server
5. Linux environment NLS variables
