All,
We have set the connection timeout setting to the
\Tomcat\webapps\businessobjects\enterprise115\desktoplaunch\WEB-INF\web.xml file to 2 hour and the connection timeout in the Webi server is 4 hours.
One of our users get the following error while editing the report for 2 hour.
Your Web Intelligence session has timed out. Log out and log in again to infoview ( Error : WIJ 77778)
Errror description is :
Server : http://139.61.158.8080/ businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/infoview/
He should get this only if he did not use it for 2 hours. But he is getting this inspite of this. what can be the cause ?
ANy suggestions?
