Unfortunately, during a Windows 7 upgrade project our only PC with BO Supervisor 5.1.4 installed has been scrapped and we no longer have the software. Does anybody have a copy or a way of a) resetting passwords b) updating user settings like ‘max number of rows’?

SAP may provide you with the software.
Changing passwords manually is fairly easy; they are encrypted, but you can either blank them out or copy a known password from another user. Not sure about Max Rows. Search here on BOB for “obj_m_actor password” and you’ll find some information.
