BO stop working after enable macros on yoga 370 OS(1703)

Hello, i have a situation on my laptop lenovo yoga 370 (only this model) i’m trying to retrieve a report (receivables report.rep ) but, after i press enable macros (attached printscreen) , application stop working

I install Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 with the same OS version (1703) on different laptop, T420,T430, T470 , x270 but working fine…

Someone encountered this problem and can help me ?

Later Update: i’m trying to update windows 1803 and try again to enable macros…strange, works on yoga 370… :shock:
