I am a BO6.5 user and doing reports. We got a preface tab in bo report which tell the end user what this
report does,each time i edit the preface tab the size of the report keeps on increasing .Any method in
BO so that my bo size will remain constant and i can send through mail

Do you add some contect in the preface tab of the report?
Also everytime do you see any increase in the number of rows retreived?
The size of the report depends upon the number of retreived as well.
e.g if you run a report for a day’s data and you run it for 10 days of data then the later will certainly have more size that the first one.
