BO SDK without RESTful Web Service

Hi,

Is it possible to write a BO SDK code, without having RESTful web services installed.
I am trying to extract web intelligence SQL queries from all reports?
Any better option to make this work?

There is a Java and .NET SDK called REBean but it has been deprecated since BI4.1. The REST API is currently the only supported way to interact with WebI reports.
