BO Scheduling - Daily Reports

We are having set of Reports and scheduled on a daily basis from BO. Currently, the Start time is 12:00 AM in the Recurring instance.
But our ETL job is getting completed everyday evening time around 09:00 PM EST. Once ETL job is completed, it will send us the Trigger file. Based on the trigger file, our File event will start scheduling the report at around ~09:30 EST. So, the reports has to wait around 21 Hours to trigger. In other words, we have only ~3 Hours to move into next business day as per the BO Scheduling day.

The issue we are facing : Sometime we are receiving the trigger file post 12:00AM midnight. Therefore the reports scheduling instances also moved into next day. This behavior making us to manually schedule the next day reports @ 09:30 PM EST.

How to avoid this manual Run?

Solution we identified for this?

We are planning to start out BO Reports from 21:00 EST in the Recurring schedule instance. So that we can have the maximum range for the day.

Please suggest whether this will work or give us the better solution if you have any

In simplest form -

If I Start scheduling the report 09:00PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri), will it start everyday 09:00PM to next 24 Hours. (i.e. crossing 2 business days)
