I have been trying to get BO reports ( 4.1) on Power Builder 6.5 .
Can you let me know how it is done with the Objetcs Linking and embedding concepts ?.

Not entirely sure what you mean by this.
BO does have an Object Automation interface, and PB supports this (at least it did from V4 onwards) so you should be able to create and manipulate BO objects from PB just as you can from Visual Basic. Note that this starts BO as a seperate task - you merely control it through the object interface.
Note that you won’t be able to create a “distributable” application with this - every place where your PB application is installed will need to have BO installed as well (with the appropriate licensing requirement) .
You can find the object model on the BO 5 installation CD - look in the “Online Guides” directory (on the second CD for 5.01 and 5.02) under the appropriate language directory, you will find BOSDK50BR.pdf and BOSDKObjectModel50BR.pdf which describe and document the object model and it’s usage.
If you purchase the “Developer edition” (not quite sure what its actual name is) of BO 5, you also get a “Report Viewer” object which can be incorporated into an application and distributed with it. I don’t know what the licensing issues are, but I am sure there will some sort of per-installation royalty required (you get nuttin from BO for free [except bugs perhaps]). I also don’t know if it operates in- or out-of-process. You will need to approach your friendly BO salesman for details.
Hope this helps,
