where will be the BO manager log file…

What exactly you mean by BO manager?
Normally all Log files from BO is placed in installed path at- Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Logging

BO Manager is a process from the older version of Webi; did you notice which forum you are posting in?
