BO Inofoview:Cant See Export Button in Infoview

Hello Folks,

               I am having a report which am trying to export from Infoview but strangely i coudnt find the [b]Export [/b]Button or Print Button when i have opened the report in Infoview and i need to figure it out  pretty soon.Can anyone please throw some light on this.

What is BO version? Is it a webi/deski report?

Thanks for the reply man,we are using BO XI R2 and its a Crystal Report.

Make sure that the rights ‘print report’s data’, ‘export report’s data’ are granted at the folder level under Report rights. Also make sure that the rights are not explicitly denied for Everyone group.
