BO Explorer generate many sessions

Hi,

We have noticed that sometimes single BO Explorer login is generating huge number of sessions when logged in from IE browser, however no issues noticed from Chrome browser.
BO version used is BO 4.1 SP5.
Please advise.

In some logs, I could find below error.

I/O error during read: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

There is one log that says:-
waiting Cluster Node signal since > [10000ms.

One missing information that Weblogic 10 is used as application server.
