Friday I installed PC Anywhere 9.0 and the 9.2 patch and since then I have not been able to use BO, Designer or Supervisor. I get the following error…
OleMainThreadWndName: MAPISP32.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point ??_U@YAPAXI@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll
I get this error at other times too, but BO doesn’t open at all. Other things flash the error and then open and work as usual.
I tried reinstalling BO, but that didn’t work and I have my helpdesk looking into a resolution, but I thought this list might have a quicker answer…
I have had many problems with PC Anywhere and BO. But when PC Anywhere is working it works great with BO.

We use Control-IT from Computer Associates and it works without any problem.
