BO 6.5 to xi 3.3 migration

Hi Friends,

We have requirement on migrate Bo 6.5 to XI 3.3. Pls anyone guide me to migrate from 6.5 to XI 3.3.
how to create a copy environment for BO 6.5 repository from production environment. So that we can migrate from copy BO 6.5 to XI 3.3 and test the environment then using BIAR file or using FRS we can migrate from XI 3.3 to 3.3.

Pls correct me if am wrong in the above steps.
