Good afternoon folks. I’m charged with installing BO 6.5.1 on a few PCs. All seems to go well, but the Designer module doesn’t appear to be installed as part of the process. Am I missing something obvious here? TIA.

Did you do a standard desktop install? Or did you select the individual modules you wanted installing? I’d revisit one PC and make you you select each individual program you want…if it doesn’t work after that then you have an interesting problem which we can hopefully help you with.

Nick, thanks, and apologies for the delay in my response due to the Easter Holiday. I’ll take a look again at the individual aspects and get back to you. I’m really quite confused about the role of Apache and what-have-you in the 6.5.1 install too. Any experiences of this would be useful.

Apache is used for the Java version for WebI. IIS is used for MS. Depending on how your setup is at your organization will determine what Webi install to configure / use.
