[BO 4.x] default properties -launching CR from BI LaunchPad

Hi Experts,

I`ve got a question regarding default properties for crystal reports for enterprise.
Our webservices are configured under port number 443.
While launching Crystal Reports for Enterprise via BILaunchPad (by clicking the CR icon on the right side) the default connection to webservices configuration is being passed to CR for Enterprise client, but unfortunatelly the port number stated there is 5080.
Where can I find the file responsible for this setting?
Is it the CrystalReports.properties? I cannot find there any line with the port number. Is it the POA port?

Thanks for reply, but Im not looking for the port requirements :) Im aware of them.
As I described in my first post here, i`m looking for the default configuration file where is stated the webservices port number for the CR for enterprise shortcut placed in BILaunchPad.

I`m able to connect to our webservices with the port 443. The thing is that the shortcut from BILaunchPad is passing the configuration to the CR client with port number for web services: 5080
