Blank LOV in BI Launchpad - Crystal 2011

Was trying to setup a simple crystal report and test the dynamic prompts in the newly setup environment.

BO4.0 SP02 Patch11
The LOV is setup using Business View Manager and it works fine within Crystal 2011 designer component.

When the report is published to BI platform and accessed, the prompt shows up but the LOV always comes up empty.

We have all the Crystal services running. No error is thrown. I am left with no clue as the log doesn’t show anything as well.

Realized that this problem occurs only when I use Java viewer. When I change the viewer to Web or Web ActiveX, I am able to see the LOV.

Is this a known “functionality”?
