Hi gurus,
If I go to CCM → press manage servers-> I got the blank CCM server window. I’ve got that window time to time, honestly i’m out of ideas what causes it. I attached the file which shows that strange situation.
This is a basic installation, no clusters, no restrictions, also have full admin rights etc…
My environment is : BOE 3.1 Sp2 + FP 2.4

Do they show up in the CMC > Servers
Does it error out on refreshing or just remains blank
Started happening now after any FP or SP installation?

Sure, all those servers CMS//WebI/DeskI etc are up and running, system works well, no error messages… nothing at all, besides all servers are ‘visible’ in the CMC–>Servers. After I press refresh window remains blank and nothing happens, sometimes the servers appears.
Seems that connection link between CCM application and some ‘unknown’ application is broken…or I do not know…
This unfortunate ‘error’ appears from the very beginning …

Dear all,
After installing the BOXI R 3.1 sp2 I went into the CCM- Manage servers - I see only 1 server running. I do not see all the servers. How do I get them here. Did i miss any configuration ?

hi.
let me guess, CMS server is running? If so, then go to CMC and generate all the servers that you need: Filestores, job servers and report processing servers (webi, deski …).
