BI4 refresh documents from Prod to Dev and to Stg

Gurus,

We are having 3 system environments DEV->STG->PROD.Our refresh is planned for the following items :

1.User Group Hierarchy

2.Folder Structure under Public Folders

3.Universe Folder

4.Connections Folder from CMC.

Environment:BI 4 SP13;Windows Server 64 bit

I have searched all the possible ways to find any relevant document on all of the above to arrive at only one point for Folder Structure which happens to be LCM. I haven’t found any either in any other points.

Is there any best practise document to have refresh strategies defined or which you might have come across ?
