BI4.2 - Platform Search issues

I can’t seem to keep this running, every 2 to 3 months it stops indexing. Then I have to go and reset the servers and the Platform Search file locations and start over.

Tried Continous and Schedules indexing and both just plain fail.

Anything others have done to keep this running?

We hade the same problem where search stopped work. (BO 4.2 sp4 p5)

We solved it by Rebuild index. Not sure how long it will last.
Cmc / applications / platform search application / error recovery:
Mark checkbox “rebuild index” and save.

4.3 SP1 doesn’t appear to be any better. :frowning_face:
