[BI4.0] Audit Universe - ADS_EVENT

Hi
In the ADS_EVENT table there are two columns ‘Top_Folder_Name’ and ‘Object_Folder_Path’.
In the supplied unx they are Objects ‘Object Top Folder Name’ and ‘Object Folder Path’ respectively.

They are both null for every record in that table.
Do I have to do something extra to get these populated?
Via configuring Auditing (currently at Default) within the CMC?
Or do I have to modify the universe? Or something else?

I am sure I spotted something somewhere about this yesterday when I was researching some other problem, but I was researching some other problem so I didn’t really take it all in.

This is BI4.0 SP6

Wouldn’t you have to switch the “Folder Path Details” check box on?

Hi, I have set on the check box for “Folder Path Details” in CMC.
Still I couldn’t able to see the folder path from ADS_EVENT table.

Do I need to set anything apart from this?

It will only come through after you have set this property ie this will only be set for entries going forward.

did you create a new universe with the BI$ ADS_tablename ?

The Activity universe which comes with BI4 is Useless.

Also, did you create any WEBI reports using these tables?

I know that SAP techies created Crystal report(s) but we do not use Crystal here.

You may have to restart the Audit server to get the change going.
