i have a scenario were i want to include a custom placeholder in a publication, this placeholder is targeting other fields in the source webi document, I’ve selected as an example %Service_date-VALUE% in the body of the destination email.
however, the scheduled publication delivered successfully but didn’t print the value of the service date placeholder instead, it returned “Not available”.
can someone please help me to know what i need to do to gain the service fate information.
