Best practices to map AD users

Hi,

I have began to configure my BO server to use AD authentication and I have the next problem. Because the number od users of AD (about 300) largely surpass the number of our BO named user license (50) I ca not obviously completely all map users in my system. Which should be the best approach? Ask sys admin to create an specific AD group with the users that we want to map in BO?

In case I first created users in BO. Would be possible to map them to AD users without hacing to create additional ones? How to proceed if the group contains users that I don’t need?
