Best Practices for using Business Objects with OLAP cube

I am looking for any documentation or tutorials on the best ways to use Business Objects with an SSAS OLAP source. Specifically, what should and should not be built into the cube; Best way to create calcs in BOBJ so MDX is optimally generated; what to avoid, etc. I have searched this board and SAP portal and found bits of advice here and there, but was hoping for a single document that would answer these questions.

There is no one document - that would be too easy! The best stuff I found was a series of documents by Marc Daniau. For example, one of them was titled “SAP Business Objects – More Reporting against OLAP data from Microsoft Analysis Services and Oracle Hyperion Essbase”.
