Best option to Import objects between 2 Environments

Hi,

I would like to import (user, gruops, universer, reports, Event etc) from environment 1 to Environment 2.I’m trying to create BIAR file from Environment 1.Since there are many objects in Environment 1.The BIAR file creation process taking more time.

There is one option in import wizard that “ I want to Merger the source system in to destination System”. Can i use this option to import all information from Environment 1 to Environment 2.

Since Environment 2 does not have any information. I want all the information from Environment 1 to Env 2.Could you please suggest some ideas.

I think for someone to be able to give you suggestions some key information is missing. What platform and what version of Bobj are you using?

BOBJ Version : BO XI R2

Platform : MS Windows server 2003

If your target environment is empty, the option should not matter…
