Bob,
I don’t have a ready solution for you, but can add another query (free-hand SQL) to your report which does an update on a table on a database. Then query this table with another frequently-updated report and publish the result to a website.

Hello Everyone,
We’ve already added refresh dates to each report, but need a master list that we can quickly view versus viewing each report separately. This has to
be in HTML format.
We’re trying to create one web page that will list all the reports scheduled
on BCA. We would like each report to automatically update the page(specifically a table cell) after it runs. The HTML page will also include a hyperlink to the report with the following information. EX:
Report Name Misc Notes
Last Refreshed Date Next Schedule
Sales Report 1(*Hyperlink to Report) version 8 04/14/00
04/15/00
Sales Report 2(*Hyperlink to Report) version 2 04/14/00
04/15/00
Last refresh date & next schedule will change daily and/or when the report is scheduled.
Lastly, I have not used Vb and/or BCA scripts. Thank you in advance!
