BCA Jobs - report runs, but it not available in InfoView

I’m not sure if anyone else has seen this before, but we’ve been seeing this off and on for one of our clients.
They are running 6.5, on Windows 2000, with Oracle 10g as the backend.
Reports run in the BCA, and complete fine. However, when they look in InfoView for the reports, they are not there. If we log into Supervisor, we can see them, and, if we look at the OS level, they are there too.
Each time this happens, the next night, the reports seem to work, and are available in InfoView. It’s very odd - they have alot of reports that right nightly, and we keep archiving the reports for them (since they refuse to do so), but even migrating some reports off of the drive does not make them appear in InfoView.
Any ideas? I’d love to get them to XI3.1, or, at least, XIr2…but that’s not an option.
