BCA 6.5 Publisher Tomcat WebI6.5 dll download dialog problem

Win2003, Tomcat Apache , BO 6.5, WebI6.5

I’ve finished a new install and have a problem selecting link for publisher. I’m getting a download dialog for URL /BCAPublisherWILink/BCAPController.dll
instead of execution. I have a ticket open with BO but after several days I have no solution. My theory is that the configuration is still IIS some where and tomcat doesn’t know what to do with a dll. Has anyone gotten publisher 6.5 to work with tomcat in win2003?

Good morning!! I have a problem with Broadcast agent publisher.
