Bar graph with conditional background color

Hi All,

I have a bar graph with catogory and counts (working as expected). on top of it I need to add conditional background colors. For example if my count range is in between 1-1000 then red color else blue.
and also is there any way to merge/overlap graphs?

How can this be achieved?
