backup and restore in other machine

Hi experts,

I have a problem, i do a backup of my XI 3.0:

  • Backup of database CMS and AUDIT
  • Backup of folder FileStore

Now, i do a restore in other machine:

  • Restore of database CMD and AUDIT
  • Install XI 3.0
  • Restore folder FileStore

But, it doesn´t work, why? any step is wrong?

After installing the XI3.0 server, did you go to CCM > SIA and point CMS to the restored CMS & Audit database ?
And also copied Filestore to the specific directory which should then be pointed from CMC for Input & Output servers?
And finally start and enable all servers

Thanks, i have correctly configured the CMD and Audit database, the SIA point good.

The folder filestore i have in
E:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0
I rewrite the initial folder.

I restart all servers, i go to InfoViewApp and i can see the reports, but when i click in refresh data appear this error:
“An internal error ocurred while calling ‘processDPCommands’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)”

Why appear this error?

Is it happening to all the reports or some of them
If they are DeskI reports then try refreshing first in full client DeskI application.

Solved, i install the crystal report for add the Intergration Kit for SAP license…
