I can’t find any document on populating this table, although I found out that most of it comes from the T000 table in SAP. But what goes in the SURROGATE_DOC_ID and CLIENT_ID_RM columns? It seems like we can put in whatever we want, as long as it’s unique.

I found the original code to populate this; it just uses a key generator for the SURROGATE_DOC_ID and then a character conversion of the same number for the CLIENT_ID_RM.
