Autodocumentation does not generate mapping tree

Hi,
For our internal Audit department I need to generate documentation. Somehow the autodocumentation does not generate a mapping tree for some dataflows. The dataflows are generating a .csv file. Header and footer are okay, with a mapping tree. The flow which creates the detail records does not give a mappoing tree. Please see the file with an example below. Adding a table does give a mapping tree (from source to table, not to flat file format) , but that is not what I need.

How come the detail flow is not showing a mapping tree? What do I need to adjust?
