Auto convert reports from a unx universe to a unv universe?

Hello BO Gurus,
after 4.0 ver upgrade we initially thought of a federated BO as a POC. So we started a new universe using IDT tool. And since it was multi source it was obviously a UNX universe.
Now the requirement for a Federated BO universe is descoped and never would be a need to use multi sources.
In the mean time some reports were developed on the UNX universe. Since we are going back to the prod version of the universe (a UNV universe) is there a easy way to retrofit the newly built reports to point to the the prod versions A unv universe? any tool that can help?

I’m not sure whether this can be done :? , have you tried manually re-pointing a report, does it work?

So far out rebuilding manually is the only option left. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thanks!

eventually the unv will stop being supported. i would just leave as unx. if you still have the unv though and just want to point the reports to it all you’d need to do is make sure that the unv is in the repo and you have access to it and connection and then go to the edit data provider right click on the data provider and change source
