Cannot currently refresh Live Office docs as the Authentication drop-down box is disabled, and the AD tickbox is disabled. Please see attached for details.
Does anyone know why this is? Live Office is at 4.0 although we are on 4.1 but it has worked fine previously on this setup.

Hi,
Try with below steps.
Use the following Web Service URL inside Excel > Live Office > Application options> Enterprise
Username: XXXX
Password: YYYY
WSD URL: http://server:port/dswsbobje/services/Session (keep ‘Session’ with uppercase ‘S’)

Just out of curiosity. Is the version of Live Office on your local machine the same as the version of BI (down to the FP level)?
