We are interested in finding the best approach and tools to find out the below things besides Auditor and Query Builder.
-Versioning of reports ( how to track versions)
-Report numbering, etc.
-Audit of current Database ( what reports are not being run): besides Auditing in 4.1 and Query builder what other options are out there?
-Cleanup of unused reports, catalog, etc.
-Possible tools to use

Hi Danny,
Yes, there are a number of very capable 3rd party solutions that go far beyond Query Builder and the Auditing / auditor database that comes packaged with SAP BI4.
