Auditing Within BO

Is there any way with which we can audit users who are using Business
Objects? We are looking to consolidate the use of the tool within the
organisation. Therefore, we need to know things like who uses it? How
often? Who has it and doesn’t use it? Etc, etc. We are using BO 4.1.2 on an
NT 4 operating system connecting to an Oracle database.

Regards

Dave

Hi David,
u can use the Buisness Object Tracker, which is bundled with Business
Object.
The name of the executable file is “Bologapp.exe”. There are several option
which u can set to have a log of activities that is performed on any of the
business object module.
Hope this helps… if u have any problem to start with this, i can guide u
through this… i tried it once, but have not implemented it…

Arvind,

I have had a brief look at the Bologapp.exe. How do you get it started?
There doesn’t appear to be any on-line help or anything.
