Auditing Universe and Reports for SAP BO 4.2

Dear BO Experts,

Im reading there is an Auditing and Auditing Reports available for SAP BO 4.2

Do you know where can it be downloaded from?

There are 3 versions.
The first is the older Crystal Reports audit reports:

The second are the newer WebI ones developed by one of the SAP developers, Matthew Shaw:

The newer ones are much better.

Then there is a 3rd entry, which is for the new CMC driver introduced in 4.2 SP3 and above:

These are actually included in the install (SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Samples\bionbi)
