Audit objects and database columns used by Webi Reports

I am working in a Version 6.5 environment that we wish to migrate into XI R2.

Pre-migration we are looking to make changes to some of the tables and columns on the Data Source.

To find out which reports are affected by these changes, I need to know which webi reports use these columns. I can use the Audit Universe to identify the Universe but cannot identify which reports use certain fields.

To identify the columns I need to perform some analysis on the SQL generated by the webi reports, but do not want to do this by hand as I have some 800 reports.

Is there any way to to this either using the SDK or through the repository.

It would at least give you object names and if you only have 1 universe or they are unique across universes then this should cut down your work considerably.
