The documented way of linking a dictionary with a repository is to use the Data Integrator tool Dictionary–>Manage Connections and then enter the dictionary repository arguments.
Is there a way this can be achieved without using the Data Integrator UI e.g. through command line or direct configuration or an XML file or schema?
