Assinging new user groups roles using macro express

Hi Gurus

we are on BO.5.1.4 oracle 8i.

we have around 2000+ users. who needs a new group assignment.
like each user were in like 5 different old groups and they will be assgined to new 5 groups.
i was thinking like this can be done manually selecting each user profile in supervisor and removing the old groups and adding the new groups. well it takes a lot of time

is there any way like can do with Macros

I heard like… using Macro Express this can be done… any ideas
does this can be using macro express??
