Is there a way to use an existing BOE 4.1 SP6 audit database as the audit database for a new BOE 4.2 SP2 installation while preserving the data from BOE 4.1 SP6?
Details:
I have an existing BOE 4.1 SP2 environment with auditing enabled.
I am going to be building a new BOE 4.2 SP2 environment (using a new CMS database) with auditing on a new set of BOE Windows servers.
Once the new BOE 4.2 SP2 environment goes live, the existing BOE 4.1 SP6 environment will be turned off.
I’d like to preserve the audit data in the existing BOE 4.1 SP6 audit database and have the BOE 4.2 SP2 environment append its audit data to the existing BOE 4.1 S6 audit database so that I don’t have to query against two different audit databases for historical data.
Is there a way to do this?
