APOS Publisher vs. InfoSol InfoBurst

I found this 5 year old thread comparing these products (or their predecessors).

Hi everyone. I have been tasked to look at report bursting options for our Webi reports in XIR2. To the best of my knowledge, I know of only 2 companies who do this (if there are more, please let me know!), APOS and InfoSol. I have watched the demos for both. I would like to know if anyone has any opinon as to which one is better and why. Thanks for your help! Dave dbobrow (BOB member since 2006-10-17)

Hi,

We are using Infoburst 2.6 on our pretty old XI R2 plateform and we are using InfoBurst Enterprise on our BI4 plateform.

We only use Webi bursting.

I have to say that we are satisfy of the product. Intuitive for bursting and with a lot of destination connector.

I don’t know APOS Publisher so I can’t talk about it.
