Apache unstable after installing AIX 4330-10

We installed SP10 to our AIX 4.3.3 ( oslevel -r = 4330-10 ).

Since installation, our Apache ( v 1.3.19) has been unstable. We are getting following error messages:

[warn] child process 40022 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
---- and a few seconds later, we get this
[error] child process 40022 still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL
---- followed by
[notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[notice] Apache/1.3.19 (Unix) configured – resuming normal operations
---- Our users are then disconnected in the middle of their session

Is all this related to SP10 or related to another issue???

hi,

We have the same error messages on HP-UX 11.0 with apache 1.3.20.
according to Apache release documentation this is fixed for version 1.3.23.
